At On Trail Bars, your satisfaction matters to us. We take pride in crafting high-quality, shelf-stable energy bars using premium ingredients, and we want you to feel confident when you order from us.

Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and quality reasons, all energy bars and edible products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If there’s an issue with your order, we want to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Your order arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a manufacturing defect

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion, depending on the situation.

We reserve the right to limit refunds or replacements in cases of suspected abuse or repeated claims.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Taste & Preference

Taste is personal, and we understand that not every flavor is for everyone. However, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements based on personal taste preferences or dissatisfaction after consumption.

If you’re unsure which product is right for you, we encourage starting with a smaller size or reaching out—we’re always happy to help guide your choice.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help however we can.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
